This Privacy Policy describes how we, Wallchain ("we", "our", "us"), collect, use, process, and disclose your Personal Data in connection with your use of the Website and the Services, including our proprietary X Score, the AttentionFi ecosystem, and Wallchain Select — our campaign infrastructure connecting projects ("Clients") with content creators ("Creators") through algorithmic matching, automated verification, and on-chain settlement.
This Policy is structured into three parts: the Privacy Notice, the Cookie Notice, and the Data Processing Agreement (DPA).
The Services are provided subject to our Terms of Service (the "Terms"). Capitalized terms not defined here have the meaning given in the Terms.
Children: The Website and Services are restricted to persons who are at least 18 years of age due to the complex and financial nature of the Web3 ecosystem. We do not knowingly collect personal data from people who are under 18.
Data Controller: Wallchain is the Controller of the Personal Data described in this Privacy Notice.
Where Wallchain provides Select or analytics services to a Client who determines the purposes of processing its own end users' data, Wallchain acts as a Processor on behalf of that Client. That relationship is governed by the DPA in Part 3. This split is explained further in Section 8.1.
